The Project: National Association of Primary Care Conference (NAPC)
BrightBull led the marketing strategy and campaign execution for the annual NAPC conference. We were brought into the project in a crisis management capacity with the objective of ensuring delegate targets were met and additional leads for sales were generated. BrightBull also played a pivotal role in project managing the exhibitor guide and managing the design team to ensure collateral was to brief and to deadline.
All direct mail and email marketing campaigns for the event
Liaised with speakers and sponsors for bespoke marketing initiatives
Worked with key media partners to execute key messaging for online and offline activities
Worked very closely with the Business Development Director to ensure key objectives and targets were met
Managed the conference website and implemented key changes for data captures and lead generation
Managed the outsourced sales team and provided daily/weekly leads
Worked closely with editorial / publishing team to ensure co-marketing efforts were maximized
