The Project: BrightBull was assigned the project of co-launching the Dubai office. We were responsible for the set up and creation of the marketing function for the Middle East market. This involved creating the marketing strategy, competitor research, developing strategic media partnerships, recruitment and training for the marketing & database departments, & supplier negotiations.
