The Client: i2i Events

The Project: World Architecture Festival WAF is the world's largest festival and live awards for the global architecture community. BrightBull’s objective was to deliver delegate numbers and desired revenue targets for the event within the agreed marketing budget. The event was moving from Barcelona to Singapore which presented an opportunity to capture more of the Asian market. BrightBull managed and led the latter part of the entries acquisition campaign but then with full management responsibility of the delegate acquisition strategy and campaign for WAF.

• Responding to analysis and changing strategy as and when to deliver delegate budget
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaign, incl:
- All DM and email campaign
- Social marketing campaign
- PR strategy
- Media partners strategy
- Communication strategy
- Territory strategy

The Impact: We ensured effective implementation of the WAF marketing strategy and campaign, managed the marketing team accordingly and worked closely with the sales & sponsorship team to ensure revenue targets were exceeded. Responding to analysis was crucial for this campaign, in order to adapt the strategy and tactics to maximise opportunities. We delivered the project on time, to schedule and within budget – whilst exceeding targets for delegate bookings and revenue.
