This is managed automatically by HubSpot, they have a real impact as every email needs to be attached to a subscription type. The system then manages the opt-outs of that subscription type etc. It is automated.marketing/email/types - Opt-in/opt-out: EVERYONE is essentially NOT opted in NOR opted out... This is a general parameter in Hubspot, therefore you can email everyone on the DB.
- Opt-in from the user directly - Moving forward you can choose to request specific opt-ins from users for specific subscriptions, or leave the generic GDPR language which covers you / accept that you can email them from your WEI and that they have the possibility to decide for themselves.
